The Mozambique Stock Exchange (BVM) hopes the 61st edition of FACIM will help bring new companies into the capital market.
The institution says it has been in talks since last year with five potential companies interested in listing on the exchange.
BVM chairman Pedro Cossa says the exchange has been driving change and running awareness campaigns among businesses, to show that the capital market can be an alternative source of financing and a route to company growth.
